How long have you been at QualityWorks?

I am in my 3rd year at QualityWorks.

What is your role at QualityWorks?

I am a Senior Consultant 1 at Quality Works. My expertise lies in manual testing, specifically in the banking field and Agile methodologies and principles. Additionally, I assist with the assessment of potential new candidates seeking to join the QualityWorks family.

What are you most passionate about?

I am passionate about helping others gain the knowledge I wish I had known sooner. Whenever I can, I try to prevent others – whether younger or older – from making choices that will lead to consequences they haven’t anticipated due to inexperience. So if I stub my toes at point x, and I see someone else going in that same direction, or I know about someone who plans to go that way, I will tell them exactly where to look and what not to do so they can avoid stubbing their toe in the same spot.

What is one thing most people don’t know about you?

I love babies and small children. I also love helping those in need in whatever way possible.

What is one thing you can’t live without?

Jehovah God. Each day, each accomplishment, each impossibility has been made possible by the will and guidance of Jehovah and the strength he extends to me.

Describe yourself in 3 words.

Unconventional, realistic, empathetic.

What is your favorite quote?

“It’s not whether you get knocked down, it’s whether you get up.”
